Grant Guidelines:

Who can apply? The Foundation considers grant applications only from public charities as defined under the Internal Revenue Code and applicable regulations. An applicant must have obtained a 501(c)(3) determination letter prior to submitting an application and must include a copy with this application. If the applicant is not required to have obtained a 501(c)(3) letter, it must provide a copy of an IRS letter or a legal opinion certifying that the applicant is a public charity as described in section 509(a)(1), (2), or (3), or 170(c)(1).

The process is outlined below:

Determine if your organization meets our criteria
- Serving Richmond, IN/Wayne County
- Involving children or young adults
- Satisfying our focus
- Meeting Interval Revenue Codes and Regulations

Download our application from this website. Fill it out completely and concisely according to the directions. Then, scan the application in PDF format and email it to us.

Applications will be accepted from February 1-April 30, 2007. Notification by email will be sent upon receipt of application.

Site visits may be requested in April.

Grants will be awarded at the end of June. Recipients will be contacted shortly thereafter.
