Directions for completing Grant Application:

1. Download and save application to your computer.
2. Fill-in all requested information.
3. You will have seven PDF attachments total upon completion.  If necessary due to file size, please send in two or more emails:

   Attachment 1:  The Form (page 1)

   Attachment 2:   Organization’s purpose and goals

   Attachment 3:  Specific program/project   

   Attachment 4:  Current board of directors list

   Attachment 5:  Most recent from 990

   Attachment 6:  501 ( C ) ( 3 ) determination letter

   Attachment 7:  Brief statement (optional)

    

4. Write a cover email :
   1. Who you are and the organization you represent
   2. Why you are applying
   3. How your organization meets our foundation’s mission
   4. Explanations regarding application and documents attached
   5. Any other pertinent information
5. Apply March 1-April 30^th of 2007.  We will send you an email confirming receipt of your application.  Please note that the deadline is April 30.  
6. Our final decisions will be made the end of June, 2007.  Site visits may be requested the middle of April - June.  We will contact you.
